For the past fifteen years, Alice Anderson has been painting, drawing, and sculpting artefacts of technology.
Anderson proposes a poetic reflection on the evolution of the technological world, where A.I., the most powerful tool humans have invented, transforms the earth, society, and the body.
Through performative rituals of observation, dance, and dialogue with technological objects, the artist reconnects with the animated matter of our machines and reactivates the profound link between the human and the nonhuman.
Whether individual or collective, these performances merge the intelligence of the body, which resonates with the dynamics of quantum fields, and the dynamic of objects as ‘actants.’
For Anderson, connecting with the earth, alongside plants, stones, spaces, architectures, objects, or any form of entity, helps to restore the bonds disrupted by the Anthropocene and contribute to the creation of a Symbiocene era.
Anderson recently traveled to Brazil to meet with the Indigenous environmentalist, philosopher, and poet Ailton Krenak. A gesture was born from this encounter, symbolizing our commitment to an 'Ancestral Future.'

À travers des rituels performatifs d'observation, de danse et de dialogue avec des objets technologiques, l'artiste se reconnecte à la matière animée de nos machines et réactive le lien profond entre l'humain et le non-humain.
Qu'elles soient individuelles ou collectives, ses performances fusionnent l'intelligence du corps, qui résonne avec les dynamiques des champs quantiques, et la dynamique des objets en tant qu’« actants ».
Pour Anderson, se connecter à la Terre, aux côtés des plantes, des pierres, des espaces, des architectures, des objets, ou de toutes autres entités, contribue à restaurer les liens altérés par l'Anthropocène et participe à la création d'une ère Symbiocène.
Anderson s'est récemment rendu au Brésil pour rencontrer l'environnementaliste, philosophe et poète autochtone Ailton Krenak. Un geste est né de cette rencontre, symbolisant notre engagement envers un ‘Futur Ancestral’.
